This herbal tea has a pleasant taste. I found it to have a relaxing and soothing effect but it didn't help me with my insomnia.

Each infusion bag contains 22% of hemp (which contains 1% of CBD naturally), this is the perfect microdose for relaxation.
For insomnia, I would recommend our 10% CBD oils instead.
